Returns

All sales at BlaqSheets are considered final.

We gladly address valid defect claims if submitted within 2 days of receiving the items.

Once a defect claim is confirmed, you can choose from:

(a) a refund to your payment method,

(b) a refund in-store credit, or

(c) a replacement item (subject to availability).

You have 2 calendar days from the date of receipt to request a return for an item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as received. It should be in the original packaging, and you must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note:

  • All purchases during a Sale are final.
  • Sale items can only be returned in case of a manufacturing defect.
  • Orders cannot be canceled once processed unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Refunds (if applicable)

After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we'll send you an email to confirm its receipt. You'll also be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund, along with details on any restocking and shipping fees.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 working days .

Cancellations

For order cancellations, please act promptly within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been processed, cancellation won't be possible. Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer feasible. Your understanding in these matters is greatly appreciated.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at info@rahvinenterprises.com, and we will get in touch with instructions. Please note that there are no exchanges allowed for Monogram sheets. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Custom Orders

For custom orders, no discounts apply, and customization charges will be applied. Please note that there is no option for exchange or return on custom orders. Your understanding in this regard is greatly appreciated.

Shipping

Our logistics partner will be in touch with you regarding delivery and returns. Return shipping costs will be covered by BlaqSheets in case of a manufacturing defect. Please be aware that all sales are considered final. If a customer refuses the package, BlaqSheets won’t be responsible once the order has been fulfilled.
